I was extremely privileged to photograph an RAF Military Wedding at St Clement Danes, the central Church of the Royal Air Force last weekend! An absolutely stunning wedding venue in the heart of London!
After meeting with the bride at the RAF Club in Piccadilly for the details and getting ready, it was over to the church in a hired London double decker bus with the bridal party and some of the guests, while the bride and her father were transported in a Volkswagen Camper van!
One of the biggest highlights after the ceremony was the Wedding Guard of Honour that created the arch of swords as Darren and Emma left the church; a truly unique experience to see… and photograph!
After some formal (and fun) group shots it was back to the RAF club Piccadilly for drinks reception and wedding breakfast.
The RAF club is open to service and former serving officers of the RAF and Allied Air Forces, so again a huge privilege to photograph; especially the the very impressive Stained Glass Window and staircase!
Below is just a few photographs of a most enjoyable wedding!!
